Fat Cat Cruz

Terms of Use

Fat Cat Cruz by Fat Cat Asset Management LLC. Effective date: October 28, 2026.

Last updated: October 28, 2026.

These terms cover your use of Fat Cat Cruz. By playing the game, or buying anything in it, you agree to them. The privacy policy explains what we collect.

Use of the game

Fat Cat Cruz is a single-player game. You play against AI. You may play it for your own personal use. You may not resell it, republish it, or present it as your own game.

In-app purchases

In-app purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details. Apple tells the app whether a purchase was made so we can unlock it. On a new device, open the app and choose Restore Purchases. Apple checks the same Apple ID.

When the App Store version of Fat Cat Cruz is available, it is planned as a free download for iPad and iPhone. Machines are in-app purchases: a planned $100 all-machines bundle, or machines individually. The current game and its free two-hour browser demo are single-player against AI.

Today, the current full WebGL build is $39.99 on itch.io, and the two-hour browser demo is free. itch.io handles that purchase, not Apple.

Restoring an App Store purchase, reporting a bug, or asking Apple for a refund is explained on the support page.

Kids Bible game

The kids Bible game is made for children. It shows no ads. It uses no third-party analytics. It does not link out of the app. A parental gate stands in front of purchases. Extra chapters are in-app purchases handled by Apple. Restore Purchases brings those chapters back on the same Apple ID.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date above.
