Dan Cruz is a Chicago real estate broker, negotiation trainer, and content creator. He served 5+ years active duty in the USMC, then built a real estate practice on the same discipline: preparation, calibration, and closing under pressure.
He founded NOD Academy to teach FBI-style negotiation to teams that persuade for a living. He runs FatCat Asset Management to keep the lights on. He films everything because the camera doesn't lie and neither does the P&L.
