Privacy Policy

What we collect

• We do not collect personal information. The current Fat Cat Cruz game and its free two-hour browser demo are single-player against AI. There are no accounts, no logins, and no chat.
• In-app purchases. If you buy something inside an Apple app, Apple handles the purchase. We never see your payment details. Apple tells the app whether a purchase was made so we can unlock it. In Fat Cat Cruz those purchases are machines. In the kids Bible game they are extra chapters. To bring a purchase back on a new device, open the app and choose Restore Purchases. Apple checks the same Apple ID.
• The itch.io full WebGL build is $39.99 and is handled by itch.io, not by Apple. The browser demo is free and runs for two hours.
• Game data. Settings and progress are saved on your device. We do not receive them.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not show third-party ads.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not collect biometric information.
• The kids Bible game does not use third-party analytics.

Children

Fat Cat Cruz is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

The kids Bible game is made for children. It shows no ads. It uses no third-party analytics. It does not link out of the app. A parental gate stands in front of purchases. Extra chapters are in-app purchases handled by Apple. We do not collect personal information from children in that game. A parent can email dan@fatcatcruz.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. If a future update adds online features, this policy will be updated before they go live.
